Just in reading the comments though it is sad to see some people who do not have the confidence that they can get off diet coke. I felt really good that day and when I got home that night from work and sat down for dinner with my wife and three kids, it just hit me like a ton of bricks. On day 5, I had no diet coke, one energy drink and not one withdrawal symptom that I had experienced so many times before and left me feeling like I would be drinking diet coke for ever. I had run out of the initial product that Bill had given me to try and on day four I called him early in the morning and asked if I could have a few more samples.
